1973	New construction and purchase of a separate administration building in the Auhofstraße 29, Aschaffenburg - new construction of exhibition room in the Weichertstraße, Aschaffenburg
1976	Renovation of the spare parts warehouse, Aschaffenburg. Expansion of the subsidiary company in Wörth am Main
1979	Mr Ernst Diehm, managing director, withdraws from the company - takeover of the sole management by Mr Wolfgang Diehm
1981	New construction of the paint centre for cars and commercial vehicles in the Auhofstraße
1984	Modernisation and expansion of the subsidiary company in Wörth am Main
1986	Roof renovation and alteration of the exhibition room in the Weichertstraße (car gallery).
1987	Expansion of the service centre in Aschaffenburg with the new construction of a washing hall, a test room and a brakes test bench. The training and personnel rooms also erected by adding floors to the building.
1988	Expansion of the paint centre for cars
1990/91	Renovation of the subsidiary company in Alzenau by construction an exhibition room
1994	Construction and start-up of the on-site service at the Aschaffenburg site
1995	New construction of commercial vehicle operation in Stockstadt - relocation of the commercial vehicles sale to Stockstadt - certification in accordance with ISO9001.

1999	Takeover of a Mercedes-Benz contractual workshop in Höchst/Odenwald - redevelopment of the service centre in Wörth am Main by building an exhibition hall
2000	Takeover of the Kreis showroom, Geinhausen
