Shipping informationYou will automatically be informed by email when the item ships or when the order is given to the shipping company. The shipment email
will also give you a package number and a link for tracking your order. This allows you to follow the status of the shipment at all times.

All deliveries that leave our shipping department are fundamentally insured against loss or damage during transport. The danger of damage
or loss of the shipment only becomes your responsibility upon delivery by the shipper.

Currently, deliveries cannot be made to parcel stations, since shipment is made via UPS or TNT.

The shipping costs for complete wheel sets will be calculated as an additional shipping charge, since unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot currently calculate this differently. You will only incur the shipping costs listed above.

The complete wheel sets will be shipped on a pallet by TNT.

TNT special shipping will be used for large goods such as skirts, fenders and running boards. For the products in question, a note about this special TNT shipment will be displayed directly on the product specification page (including shipping costs).

For shipments to non-EU countries, additional tariffs, taxes and fees apply.
