Robert Kunzmann GmbH & Co. KG would like to thank you for visiting our web site, and for your interest in our company and our products. We take the protection of your private data seriously, and we want you to feel safe when visiting our web pages. Protecting your privacy while processing personal data is important to us, and we take this into account in our business processes. We process all personal data collected during visits to our web site in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the state where the office responsible for processing the data is located. Our data security policy also complies with the Code of Conduct used by Daimler and Kunzmann. Our web sites may contain links to the web sites of other providers to whom this data security declaration does not apply.
 

Collection and processing of personal data

 
When you visit our web pages, our web servers automatically store the IP address assigned to you by your internet service provider, along with the web site from which you are visiting, the web pages you visit on our site, and the date and length of your visit. Personal data is never associated with your IP address!
Your personal data will only be stored if you choose to enter it yourself, e.g. when registering, completing a survey, entering a prize drawing or executing an agreement.

Usage and sharing of personal data

We will not share your personal data, including your street address and email address, with third parties without your express permission, which can be revoked at any time. This excludes our service partners who require data for the purpose of processing the order (e.g. the shipping company charged with delivery, and the credit institute charged with processing payments). In these cases, however, the scope of the data transmitted shall be kept to the minimum required.
Personal data shall be shared with state institutions and bureaus only where necessary to comply with mandatory national legal provisions. We obligate our employees, agencies and dealers to maintain confidentiality. Your personal data will not be shared with other companies!

Information about data use and revoking permission

We regularly send emails about carefully selected offers from our line of goods. You will receive these email offers only if you register with our newsletter office, by checking the “I would like to subscribe to the newsletter” box. You can revoke the permission to use, process and share your personal data for marketing purposes at any time, by submitting an informal letter by mail to Robert Kunzmann GmbH & Co. KG - Auhofstraße 29 - 63741 Aschaffenburg or by sending an email to shop@kunzmann.de.  

However, this does not apply to the data required for processing your order. After receiving your revocation, we will no longer use, process or share the data in question for any other purpose than to process your order, and will not send you any further marketing materials.
You may have expressly agreed to the following statement in the course of placing your order. We would like to remind you that you can revoke your agreement at any time in the future.

This web site collects data using technology by etracker GmbH (www.etracker.de) for marketing and optimization purposes. This data is used to create a pseudonymous user profile. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Cookies are small files that are stored locally in the cache of the visitor’s internet browser. These cookies make it possible to recognize the browser at a later date. The data collected using etracker technology will not be used to personally identify the web site’s visitors unless the visitors expressly agree to this, and it will not be associated with any personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

Security

Robert Kunzmann GmbH & Co. KG implements technical and organizational security measures in order to protect the data which we administer from manipulation, loss, destruction and from interference by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously being upgraded according to the latest technological developments. We use the latest security standards with 1024-bit encryption on every page of our shop’s order process where you are asked to enter personal data. Your data is encrypted immediately upon transmission. All information subject to data security (such as credit-card numbers, bank routing numbers, names and addresses) is encrypted and stored in a protected database.

Right to information

According to the German Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to obtain information about your stored data free of charge, as well as the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
