Information on delivery times

Product detail delivery times

The specified delivery times apply to deliveries within Germany. We differentiate between the following delivery time indications for our products:

Delivery within 1–3 working days
Delivery within 5–7 working days
Delivery within 1–2 weeks
Delivery within 2–3 weeks
Delivery within 4–6 weeks
Delivery within 6–8 weeks

Orders with varying delivery times

If you place a single order comprising multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment.

Delivery outside Germany

For shipments outside Germany, you must add the days specified as the delivery time for each item to determine the delivery date. In the European countries supplied, the additional duration is a maximum of 5 working days.

Delivery date calculation

The delivery period begins, for payment in advance, on the day following the issuance of the payment order to the remitting bank, and for other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. In case of a delivery delay

In the event of a possible delivery delay, we refer to §6 para.4 of our General Terms and Conditions. Should there be any delays, we will inform you. Despite careful stock management, an item may sell out faster than anticipated. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery. Only while stocks last. Actu… al shipping times may vary in individual cases, especially during peak periods. The estimated delivery date depends on various factors such as the delivery address, shipping method and availability. Orders containing several different parts may have longer delivery times. We update the availability information on our website at regular intervals. In individual cases, you may order an item that is no longer in stock but still shown on our website as “Delivery 2–5 working days (in stock)”. This is because updating new stock levels takes time. For items we do not hold in stock, the total delivery time is calculated from the two legs the goods travel: from the manufacturer to us and from us to you. Read more
