Google AdWords Retargeting
Our website uses Google AdWords retargeting technologies. We employ these technologies to make our offer more appealing to you. Retargeting enables us to address internet users who have already shown interest in our products with advertising on the websites of our partners. We believe that displaying personalised, interest-based advertising is generally more relevant to you than adverts that have no personal connection. These adverts are shown on our partner sites based on cookie technology and an analysis of prior usage behaviour. This form of advertising is pseudonymous. No personal data are stored, nor are any usage profiles merged with your personal data.

Hotjar by Hotjar Ltd,
Level 2 St Julians Business Centre,

St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, Europe

This tool records activity on the pages you visit in so-called heatmaps. This allows us to see anonymously which buttons users click and how far they scroll. We gain this information to make our website faster and more user-friendly.
Protecting your personal data is very important to us when using this tool. All data are collected without assigning them to specific users. We can only track how the mouse moves, where clicks occur, and how far scrolling takes place. Additionally, the screen size of the device, device type, browser information, country of access, and preferred language are recorded. If personal data are displayed on a page, Hotjar automatically masks them so they are never traceable.
You can prevent the use of Hotjar by sending a “Do Not Track” header. In that case, no data will be collected during your visit to our website. To do this, you must configure your browser accordingly.
You can also deactivate Hotjar itself using the opt-out switch: https://www.hotjar.com/opt-out

Social Plugins
Use of Facebook plugins
On our website, we use so-called social plugins (“Plugins”) from the social network Facebook operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are marked with the Facebook logo or the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. An overview of Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
When you access a page of our website containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives information that your browser has accessed the respective page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly by your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can immediately associate the visit to our website with your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins—for example by clicking the “Like” button or leaving a comment—this information is also transmitted directly to and stored on a Facebook server. The information is also published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends.
Purpose and scope of data collection, further processing and use of the data by Facebook, and your rights and settings options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook's privacy policy: //www.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to immediately associate data collected on our website with your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our site. You can also prevent the loading of Facebook plugins completely with browser add-ons such as the “Facebook Blocker” (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari, iPad and iPhone).
Use of Facebook Custom Audience
Our website also uses third-party cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies from Facebook (Website Custom Audience) to collect or obtain information for providing measurements and displaying targeted advertising. Facebook Custom Audience generates a checksum from your usage data, which is transmitted to Facebook. These non-personal data are used for targeted marketing purposes. Further information on the scope of data collection and further processing and use of the data by Facebook Custom Audience can be found in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. You can opt out of the collection and use of information for online audience-based advertising here:

Digital Voice Assistant “Lin”
We use an AI-powered digital voice assistant called “Lin” (the Voice Bot), an intelligent dialogue system capable of responding to natural language and interacting with you. The Voice Bot recognises your requests, understands context, and provides an efficient way to schedule appointments. Voice data are processed during this function solely to handle your requests and to improve our services.
Data we collect
When using the Voice Bot to schedule appointments, the following personal data are collected:
- Transcripts: texts generated from audio recordings of your spoken words.
- Additional data: information needed to arrange a workshop appointment, such as:
o Name,
o Contact details (e.g. phone number, email),
o Vehicle details (e.g. make, model, registration plate),
- Any other data you voluntarily provide.
Consent to Data Collection
Before transcribing your speech, your explicit consent is obtained. Your consent applies only to the current conversation and not to future contacts. This is done by a prior announcement that the Voice Bot will record your data. You may object to this recording at any time by hanging up or by saying “no” in advance. In the latter case, during business hours you will be directly connected to a human agent. Use of the Voice Bot is voluntary. You are free to contact us by other means without disadvantage.
Purpose of Data Collection
The collected data serve the following purposes:
- Scheduling workshop appointments
- Transcription to improve our service
Legal Basis
Processing your data is based on Art. 6 (1) a (consent), Art. 6 (1) b (contract performance), or Art. 6 (1) f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Your consent to transcription is required to use the Voice Bot. If you object, you will be connected to an agent without disadvantage.
Data Disclosure
We use a service provider to assist us in processing the data. We have concluded a data processing agreement with this provider to ensure your data are adequately protected. Data stored in connection with the Voice Bot are kept exclusively in the EU. No transfers to third countries occur.
Data Retention and Security
Data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected, but no later than six weeks unless there are statutory retention obligations.
