Shipping costs

We ship our parcels by default with the carrier DHL. Larger consignments, such as complete wheels & tyres or full AMG front and rear bumpers, must be sent via freight due to their size, for which we use DHL Freight. Prices are calculated including 19% VAT. You will see the valid prices displayed correctly on the product page or on the order overview page before purchase.

Shipping information

You will automatically be notified by email of the completed dispatch, or rather the handover of the consignment to the carrier.

All deliveries leaving our logistics centre are insured against loss or deterioration in transit. The risk of damage to or loss of the delivery only passes to you once the carrier has handed it over.

Shipping costs for complete wheel sets are calculated via a shipping surcharge, as another calculation method is unfortunately not technically possible at present. You will only incur the shipping costs stated above. Complete wheel sets are shipped on a pallet via DHL Freight.

Special shipping via DHL Freight is applied to bulky goods such as spoilers, bumpers or running boards. For the corresponding products, this special DHL Freight shipping is displayed directly on the product detail page (including shipping costs).

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply.
