mounting information

To attach the steering wheel cover, this or the existing steering wheel must be modificated. Depending on the model, either snap-in lugs on the bezel must be shortened or new holes must be drilled for the mounting screws. If necessary, some reworking may be necessary at this point , so that no small gaps between the AMG panel and steering wheel arise. An installation instructions is not available, if you are not sure how to make the installation, we recommend you visit a specialist workshop.

  • Installation time approx. 30 minutes

    The steering wheel cover looks good and fits exactly. No rework on the cover was necessary in my case; only on the steering wheel itself did I have to trim a rubber coating a little with a 5 mm drill bit. This was necessary so that two retaining tabs on the cover would fit. After installation, press both halves together firmly again so that all clips engage and no gaps are visible. Done.
