Shipping information

We ship our packages by default with the parcel service DHL. Larger consignments such as complete wheels or complete AMG front and rear aprons, we have to ship because of the size with freight shipping and select DHL freight. The prices refer to a calculation including 19% VAT. You will get the prices correctly on the product page or on the order overview page before purchase.

Shipping information

You will automatically be informed by email when the item ships or when the order is given to the shipping company. The shipment email will also give you a package number and a link for tracking your order. This allows you to follow the status of the shipment at all times.

All deliveries that leave our shipping department are fundamentally insured against loss or damage during transport. The danger of damage
or loss of the shipment only becomes your responsibility upon delivery by the shipper.

The shipping costs for complete wheel sets will be calculated as an additional shipping charge, since unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot currently calculate this differently. You will only incur the shipping costs listed above.

The complete wheel sets will be shipped on a pallet by DHL freight.

DHL freight special shipping will be used for large goods such as skirts, fenders and running boards. For the products in question, a note about this special DHL freight shipment will be displayed directly on the product specification page (including shipping costs).
