Only for cross-border orders, I would recommend to the supplier that if the customer chooses shipping, for example, via DHL, do not change it to another carrier in the other country (here changed to Czech Post, which is one of the least reliable carriers in the Czech Republic, along with Zásilkovna (Packeta), while DHL works normally in the Czech Republic.
