Delivery times

If you order multiple items from us in one order that have different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods together in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire consignment shall be the one applicable to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

For shipments outside Germany, you must add the number of days specified as the delivery time for each item in order to determine the delivery date. The additional duration is a maximum of 5 working days in the European countries served.

The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank in the case of prepayment, or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the close of the last day of that period. If the last day falls on a Sunday or on a public h… oliday officially recognised at the place of delivery, it shall be replaced by the next working day. In the event of a possible delivery delay, we refer to § 6 (4) of our GTC. We will inform you of any delays. Despite careful stockpiling, an item may sell out more quickly than expected. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery. Subject to availability. Actual shipping times may vary in individual c… ases, especially during peak periods. The estimated delivery date depends on various factors, such as delivery address, shipping method and availability. Orders containing several different parts may have longer delivery times. We update the availability information on our website at regular intervals. In individual cases, you may order an item that is no longer in stock, which is still listed on our website as “Delivery 2–5 working days (in stock)”. This is because it takes time to update the new stock levels.
