Shipping costs

We dispatch our parcels by default via the parcel service provider DHL. Larger consignments, such as complete wheels & tyres or full AMG front and rear bumpers, must be sent by freight shipping, for which we use the shipping provider DHL Freight. The prices are based on a calculation including 19% VAT. You will see the applicable prices displayed accurately on the product page or on the order summary page before purchase.

Shipping information

You will automatically be informed by email about the completed delivery or the handover of the shipment to the carrier.

All deliveries leaving our logistics centre are fundamentally insured against loss or deterioration in transit. The risk of damage or even loss of the delivery only transfers to you upon handover by the carrier.

The shipping costs for complete wheel sets are calculated via a shipping surcharge, as an alternative calculation is technically not currently possible. You only incur the shipping costs stated above. The complete wheel sets are shipped on a pallet via DHL Freight.

The special DHL Freight service is applied to bulky goods such as spoilers, bumpers or running boards. For the relevant products, this special DHL Freight service is displayed directly on the product detail page (including shipping costs).

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply.
