Each wheel design has to pass a variety of endurance tests in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate real-life challenges in road traffic as well as analyses of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.
