  • Item great, shipping unsatisfactory

    Great product, clear shop, but unfortunately no response to the request not to send the item with UPS.
    The telephone support is not easy to reach and the stated times are not accurate.
    As in many small villages, shipping with UPS simply doesn't work. For several days the shipping status could not be checked and the item was marked as "delivered", although we had neither received it here nor was it at the nearest UPS shop.
    In the end it arrived so late that we had already obtained a replacement in the meantime.
    Every call to UPS is also subject to a charge!!!
    It may work well in large cities, but not here in the countryside. Too bad, not an option for us.

    Thank you for your review and the information that you like the item. We are -currently- tied to UPS as the shipping provider. According to the latest studies, UPS also has the highest and fastest delivery rate - of course this is researched in general terms and not broken down by urban/rural area. Thank you for the feedback.
