Unlike roof bike racks, rear bike racks can be easily mounted on your vehicle’s towbar. Since towbars are standardised, rear bike racks can be used across different models. That means you can use the rear bike rack on an A-Class, B-Class or C-Class – provided a towbar is fitted. The number of bikes you can carry depends not only on the space available on the rack, but also on the maximum vertical load of your vehicle’s towbar.
