The Genuine Mercedes-Benz Classic engine oil SAE 10W-40 was specially developed for modern classics and classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles and offers increased seal compatibility as well as protection against wear and engine corrosion. The 10W-40 viscosity was developed with a focus on good cold-start and low-friction properties and is particularly suitable for numerous Mercedes-Benz model series from the 1970s to the 2000s.

In accordance with the provisions of the Waste Oil Ordinance, we are obliged to accept used oils (engine oils, gear oils, oil filters and oily waste regularly generated during an oil change) free of charge up to the quantity of new oil supplied in each individual case. We also point out that our used oil collection point has facilities that enable the oil change to be carried out professionally.

You can hand in used oils there at any time during opening hours. Alternatively, you can also send the used oils to our used oil collection point; you must bear the shipping costs in this case. Please note that special transport conditions may apply to used oils. If you are a commercial end consumer, we point out that we may use third parties to fulfil our acceptance obligations towards you.

Note on § 8 Waste Oil Ordinance:

8 para. I: Anyone who supplies internal combustion engine oil or gear oil to end consumers on a commercial basis must, before supplying it, set up a collection point in accordance with paragraph 1a for such used oils or provide evidence of such a collection point through an appropriate contractual agreement. When supplying private end consumers, the collection point pursuant to paragraph 1a must be indicated at the place of sale by clearly recognisable and legible signs.

8 para. III: Paragraphs 1 to 2 apply mutatis mutandis to oil filters and oily waste regularly generated during an oil change.
